Creating a Vibrant City
In Hull we don't believe in all work and no play. Our 'To Do List' includes everything from visits to the Museums Quarter|, exploring the world's oceans at The Deep|, witnessing some of our sporting achievements thanks to the talents of Hull City|, Hull FC |, Hull KR |and Hull Stingrays| as well as big music names such as Bon Jovi and Elton John at the Kingston Communications Stadium|, to catching a play at one of the UK's finest touring companies Hull Truck Theatre|.
Over the last year Hull has enjoyed an action packed programme of events which amongst other things saw the Clipper| Round the World Yacht Race depart from Hull marina, attracting thousands to the waterfront.

The future will see much of the same in terms of an exciting variety of events including performances at the new Hull Truck Theatre, the Comedy Festival, Global Food Festival, Freedom Festival and the return of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race in 2010.
